Certification according to BRC/IoP
|
The business unit CERAMIS® was successfully certified according to BRC/IoP, risk category B (direct food contact).
BRC/IoP is a guideline for manufacturers of food packaging for retail branded products and their suppliers. It was developed by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) in cooperation with the Institute of Packaging (IoP).
With the certification according to this standard we can assure that we meet the requirements of the food industry and save auditing-work for our customers since the certification is issued by an independant certification centre.
The first renewal audit is scheduled in August and when we have passed this audit without any major nonconformities, too, the frequency will change to an annual rhythm.
Besides the BRC/IoP we are certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. |

CERAMIS®-PLA certified according to ASTM
|
We have received many queries if our barrier films
"PLA-SiOx" (CPN001) - made from renewable resources - also comply with the American standard for compostability.
In addition to the conformity with DIN EN 13432,
DIN CERTCO now also confirmed the conformity according to the American standard ASTM D 6400. The certificate can be downloaded from our homepage. |
